You don't have to be an artist to be in Art Club

If a you are interested in art even if you are not currently in an art class, Art Club is for you! In fact, you don't have to be amazing artist to join.

There are a range of activities to do in this club, such as free-drawing, instruction books, and set painting. You can work with friends or independently on whichever you want, depending on your interests or experience.

It is a very relaxed environment, and it's a really nice place where you're able unwind and make art after a long day at school. Another highlight about art club is that students can bring in food. Last week someone brought in cookies. We even ordered pizza!
For Jordan Knisely Art Club is definitely a highlight of her week at school. Everyone is welcome, whether to practice their skills, help with set painting for the play, or just to hang out and make art.

Mr. Scott Cantrell, an art teacher at Lampeter-Strasburg, hosts it in room 230. Art Club meets on Wednesdays from 2:45 until 4 pm.
