Saturday morning success for girls lacrosse team

The L-S girls lacrosse team cruised to a 15-5 victory over Ephrata Saturday morning, avenging its lost earlier in the week to Elizabethtown, which was just its second defeat of the season.

Saturday, Kelsey Kimmel, who recently earned some accolade in PennLive, Madi Lawhead, and Kendal Ream led the way offensively for the Pioneers, who maintained possession for a large majority of the game, shutting down the Mounts defensively and demonstrating resilience by getting back in the win column.

On Monday, the team faces Cocalico, looking to continue its historically successful season.
