Enigma is the art and literary magazine. Staff membership is open to any interested high school student. Each year’s staff is formed at the beginning of that school year. The Enigma staff is responsible for all aspects of production, from writing and artwork selection to layout and publication tasks. Members are also required to attend Coffeehouse readings. Items intended for publication may be submitted to the faculty adviser, Mrs. Carol Allen-Gordon
This year’s prom court consists of seven girls and seven boys. The candidates were nominated by teachers and staff for their participation in class, extracurricular activities, and positive interactions with peers and staff, and commitment to excellence.

It was a cold, brisk, Monday night baseball game at home for the Lampeter-Strasburg Pioneers as they faced off against the Elizabethtown Bears. With clinching the Section on the line for the Pioneers, the intensity was high and focus was on point. With the Pioneers winning the Section 21 times in history, another one was in the horizon.
With only one loss on the season, and highly ranked in the state, the 2019 Section Champs was within reach. The Bears were off to a rough start as L-S pitcher Dylan Byler, was sitting kids down up and early throughout the entire game.

This weekend on Sunday, my family celebrated my mom's birthday as well as Mother's Day. We decided to go on the casual route and eat at Max's Eatery in the city.
Max's is a breakfast, lunch and dinner diner. We went there for dinner at 6:30. When we arrived we were greeted by very friendly employees and brought to our table. The menus were on the table so we got to ordering right away.
We started with drinks. My mom and brother got milkshakes, and I got an iced tea.
When it came time to order I went back and forth between a burger on waffles and waffle with sausage and gravy. I decided on the burger sandwiched between waffles and it was definitely a great choice. My mom got a patty melt, my brother got the same as me, and my dad got a form of chili.
