Enigma Weekend Edition: Poetry by Kim Harris

Image
"Alarm Awakens" by Kim Harris Alarm awakens, Time begins again, Drowsy zombies overtake our once lively bodies. Roam the halls for the fifth time this week. Think, write, leave, repeat. The purpose is the object of question. The routine becomes engrained in our tired minds. We yearn for a break. To rest our minds and hands. But, our request isn’t fulfilled, And we start over again the next week.   Enigma  is an art and literary magazine. Staff membership is open to any interested high school student.
