Neither cold nor Northern Lebanon can stop Pioneer football team

Last night neither Old Man Winter or Northern Lebanon could stop the Lampeter-Strasburg football team from winning the District 3 Class AAAA quarterfinal match of playoffs.

The Vikings had the Pioneers on the ropes for much of the game. At the half, Northern Lebanon was leading 13-7. The Viking maintained that lead, 19-14, going into the fourth quarter.

But the Pioneers started to heat up despite the dropping temperate as L-S completed shut out the Viking in the fourth quarter while putting up another 20 points.

When the final buzzer sounded the Pioneers were victorious, 34-19.
