Nothing says Lampeter Fair like tractor and fair queen parades

Yesterday marked the start of the 93rd annual West Lampeter Community Fair. While the fair official opened at noon, the real fun starts later that night with the Tractor Parade at 6:30 pm. Immediately after that is the Fair Queen Parade. The parade begins at the high school and ends at the fairgrounds. Megan Mellinger from the Garden Spot FFA was crowned as fair queen with Greta Bennett as runner-up. Last year's winner was McKenna Kimmel.
