Surviv.io is a new free 2D battle royale game that is free to play online. It is perfectly fitting for this society’s new battle royale craze, since it is taking after very popular games like Fortnite (Read our Fortnite review here) and Pub-G.
The point of the game is to be the last one alive against other players in a large map. You come into the game with nothing, and you must break open crates, find loot in buildings, or eliminate other players to get weapons, health items, clothing, or armor.
Your goal is to eliminate other players, to get better possessions, and eventually be the last player. This game is 2D, making it unique from other battle royale games.
It is a great for when you have a spare moment or two to kick back and relax. It can be fairly easy to win, unlike other battle royale games.

Recently, the 2016-2017 Lampeter-Strasburg Heroes were announced. Heroes represent an elite group of seniors, nominated by faculty, that travels to third grade classrooms in the district in order to serve as mentors. They teach lessons on making positive decisions that lead to future successes in life.
Students selection in the program is based leadership skills, academic success, school and/or community involvement as well as freedom from drug and alcohol use. Students were further screened for attendance and discipline.
As a L-S Hero, students gain public recognition, public speaking skills, reinforcement for maintaining a drug and alcohol-free lifestyle, as well as the respect and admiration of younger students.
All heroes receive printed "trading cards" picturing the student hero, along with a short biographic feature that can be distributed to elementary students as Heroes share their positive messages.

Meet Allan Adale at Lampeter-Strasburg High School on November 9-11 when The Somewhat True Tale of Robin Hood opens.
Allan Adale is a member of Robin Hood's (played by Brendan Massar) band of Merry Men along with Little John, Will Scarlet, and Friar Tuck to name a few. If you compared the Merry Men to a pack of happy, not-too-bright stray dogs few would argue the point. As far as Merry Men go, Allan Adale is slightly brighter than Little John, but that isn't saying much.
Alan isn't the best fighter. He's more of a minstrel often providing musical entertainment for the band of outlaws. Alan enjoying spinning sometimes exaggerated tales of Robin's deeds, spreading the bold outlaw's fame throughout the land.
