This year’s prom court consists of seven girls and seven boys. The candidates were nominated by teachers and staff for their participation in class, extracurricular activities, and positive interactions with peers and staff, and commitment to excellence.

This year the 2019 Lampeter-Strasburg Junior-Senior Prom is being held at the Eden Resort on Saturday, May 18 from 5 to 10 pm. Tickets cost $60 and are NOW on sale starting Tuesday, April 23 and run until Friday, May 3. Tickets can be purchased before homeroom from Mrs. Shehan in room 266 or during RTII / Flex from Mr. Zurn in room 226. Tickets will not be sold to students who are not in good standing or to guests who do not have an approved guest form. Students may not reserve a seat until a ticket is purchased.

It was a cold, brisk, Monday night baseball game at home for the Lampeter-Strasburg Pioneers as they faced off against the Elizabethtown Bears. With clinching the Section on the line for the Pioneers, the intensity was high and focus was on point. With the Pioneers winning the Section 21 times in history, another one was in the horizon.
With only one loss on the season, and highly ranked in the state, the 2019 Section Champs was within reach. The Bears were off to a rough start as L-S pitcher Dylan Byler, was sitting kids down up and early throughout the entire game.
